Is the Trial plan really free?
The Trial plan is completely free up to the stated account limit and valid for 30 days. No credit card required.
Can I upgrade my plan at any time?
To move to a higher plan, buy that plan's license or contact support. Licenses are paid yearly upfront.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, all displayed prices include VAT. The system is wallet-based; your VAT invoice is issued when you top up, and license purchases are deducted from the wallet.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and bank transfer are accepted. You can also pay from your wallet balance.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel any time. Your license stays active until the end of the current term; your data is not deleted.
Is there reseller / volume pricing?
